When do I get paid?

A hotel can receive their funds once they complete:

• The company verification process (Know Your Customer -KYC process).
• The payout form that asks for a credit card, and the details on when they’d like to be paid out.

Payout is processed after check-out, on Mondays (CDT — Central Daylight Time UTC/GMT -5 hours) accordingly to your payout settings.

Funds will be received by the recipient's bank either the next business day or within 3 business days.
